John S. Payne Photography is located in the heart of downtown Morganton, North Carolina in the historic Alva Theatre building.
Directions:
From I-40, take exit 105 and turn right, heading north on S.
Sterling Street. Follow this road 2.6 miles as it splits
into a one-way named S. Green Street, then N. Green Street.
Turn left at Collett Street, go one short block and turn
left again onto N. Sterling Street. Our studio is the last
building on the left of this block. Just look for the old
movie theatre marquee!
